Apartment rent includes heating, air conditioning, Extended basic cable TV, High-speed internet, sewer, trash and water. Townhouse rent includes extended basic cable TV, high-speed internet, water, sewer, trash and two reserved parking spaces.

Parking is available for $80.00 per month in an attached ramp.
Reserved parking is available for $90.00 per month in an underground ramp.

Deposits and Fees

Application fee	$50.00
Security deposit	$300.00
Pet fee	For cats there is a $350.00 deposit ($100.00 non-refundable) and a maximum of 2 cats per apartment. For dogs there is a $500.00 deposit ($125.00 non-refundable) and an additional $50.00 per month in pet rent. Please note that we can only accept dogs under 30lbs in the tower (no maximum in the Town homes) and some breed restrictions apply.
