| The rents given reflect a one-year
lease for an unfurnished apartment (subject to availability). For
stays of one month or longer, please see our Furnished

Apartment rent includes heating, air conditioning, basic cable TV,
and water. Townhouse rent includes basic cable TV, water, and one reserved
parking space.

per month in an attached ramp.
Reserved parking is available for $80.00 per month in an underground
